Ever heard "just stay consistent" when you ask for tips on getting healthy, losing weight, or just being healthy in general?

I know I am an offender of using "consistency" as the foundation - but it really is true. It's TRUE!  But uh .. what does that MEAN. What does staying consistent really MEAN!? And how do you DO IT!?

1) Remove options from your vocabulary and your habits and your lifestyle. No more options for you. Reaching your goals in now your only option.
